Hi there, come on in. I'm so glad you dropped by! It's so good to see you!
Well, finally, I have started to compile my homemade concoctions from household cleaners to aromatherapy and put them all in one spot. I hope this helps you when you need one of my recipes and can't remember just what it was and/or how much of this or that to add. These are things you can make straight from your pantry. Well, you might have to shop for an item or two. I love doing this for you. Please, have a look around and feel free to leave your questions and/or comments. I appreciate every one of them. Thanks for stopping by!
I'm moving! You can follow me to my next adventure here!
Have you ever tried Goats Milk products ? I started using goats milk lotion and soap this summer. I LOVE THEM!!! YES, I DO!!! It is magic. Moisture is abundant. I don't mean the humidity here in the St. Louis air. I have found a great way to beat the summer dry skin. Yes, it's Goats milk. I am so happy to share my new found information with you. A healthy all natural way to heal the itchy dry skin. Goats have long produced the "milk of choice" for humankind, and are easy to pasture, breed and milk. Many products are made from goat's milk, including cheeses like traditional feta and some hard cheeses. Also very good are the lotions, soaps and shampoos. Goat's milk is white in color, and so products made from goat's milk are also white, with a tendency to be more smooth and cream-like than cow's milk products. The history goes way back.Goats were often taken aboard ships to give sailors the benefit of fresh milk, and it is reported that Captain Cook had aboard the Endeavor a goat that wore a collar saying "The globe twice encircled, this the Goat, the second to the nurse of Jove,is thus
rewarded for her never-failing milk."

Goats milk contains vitamins A, E, C, along with some of the B vitamins, amino and citric acids, unsaturated fatty acids and zinc. Goats milk has essential elements that can be very beneficial to your skin. The pH level is closer to that of a humans skin. Allowing nutrients to be easily absorbed through your skin. Reducing the possibility of skin irritation and allergic reactions. Preventing dryness that causes irritations and itching. Goats milk soaps and lotions have all the milk proteins of milk products. These proteins are used to kill acne. The natural cream in goats milk is excellent to moisturize skin. As for commercial brands they do not contain the glycerin found in all natural soaps. Typically glycerin is removed due to the luxurious moisturizing properties. Thus being of great value to the sellers. Lactic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid good for rejuvenating skin cells. Leaving skin smooth and soft. Safe, natural components are all it contains. Good news benefits of goats milk are that it contains no petroleum, alcohol or preservatives. Many people with sensitive skin are finding relief with goats milk products. Including myself.

Here's What The Hips Look Like
You should pick these from the wild roses in the fall. You will need to figure out how much you need to last for the year. The best ones are grown in Chille. Specialty spice shops mostly carry these. The hips in the wild where you live will do just fine.
Rose Hip Tea
To ward off colds in the winter they add a little extra dose of vitamin C. Rose hips make a nice, comforting herbal tea and the health benefits you gain by having a cup are great. Rose hip tea has a tangy flavor, not at all like the flowery scent of the rose blossom, as I had expected. Drinking this tea helps with the anti-aging from the inside.
Olive Tree Branches
A Benefit Of Olive Oil
Another answer revelant of the calcium puzzle is olive oil. By helping our bodies with the absorption of calcium. Unfortunately calcium is one of the hardest minerals for our bodies to absorb. Cooking with olive oil and using it as a face and body oil helps to strengthen our immune systems.

Legend has it....
That aromatherapy was born when a Persian princess was engaged to be married. Her father, the King, put rose petals into the canals, and as her lover rowed she touched the water only to find tiny droplets of rose oil on her hands.

Beauty Tips for Everyone!
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed ... never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the end of your arm. As you grow older, you will discover you have two hands: one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others. For a beautiful Heart, let Jehovah God into it.
I enjoy all of the simple pleasures and delights of life, Jehovah God, has put here for our human enjoyment. For he is most sovereign. I am very grateful to have him in my life. First on my list is my family. They are my heart. My love. My passion. My reason. Forever and always. Dearly are the memories locked deep in my heart. So cherished and beloved. True love holding the keys to dreams that have come true, and dreams to come. Beautiful and strong. A bond not to be broken.
